About Me

Hello, I'm Jacqui.

I'm a qualified Belief Coding® Practitioner, with a background in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and a deep interest in the connection between our beliefs, emotions and the way we experience our lives.

My own journey with Belief Coding began almost by accident.

In 2022, I was at Fearne Cotton's Happy Place Festival when I spotted the opportunity to try a Belief Coding taster session in one of the festival tents. I signed up, curious to see what it was all about — without any idea that the experience would ultimately lead me here.

During that short session, we worked with an unpleasant and emotional memory I had been carrying. The sense of peace and relief I experienced afterwards was remarkable. The memory hadn't disappeared, but something about the way I felt when I thought about it had changed.

I wanted to understand why.

That experience stayed with me. I began following Belief Coding, learning more about the modality and eventually made the decision to train as a practitioner myself.

Along the way, I've experienced its impact personally, including working with my own fear of flying — something that had previously restricted me — and I've seen first-hand the difference this kind of work can make for people experiencing fears, phobias, anxious feelings and deeply rooted limiting beliefs.

Today, my approach brings together my training as a Belief Coding® Practitioner, my background in EFT, and, more recently, my study of Ho'oponopono — a traditional Hawaiian practice centred around reconciliation, forgiveness and letting go. Where appropriate, I draw on elements of these different approaches to create sessions that are personal, intuitive and centred around you.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what needs to change. Sometimes all you know is that something keeps getting in your way, a particular situation creates a strong emotional response, or you simply don't feel quite as free as you'd like to feel.
