About
What is Belief Coding®?
Belief Coding® is a transformational approach designed to help uncover the beliefs and emotional patterns held within the subconscious mind — particularly those that may be limiting the way we think, feel or experience our lives.
Sometimes we know exactly what is holding us back. At other times, we simply know that something doesn't feel quite right: a lack of confidence, a repeating pattern, a fear we can't explain, or the feeling that we're capable of more but can't quite reach it.
Belief Coding® creates an opportunity to explore what may be sitting beneath those patterns and begin to change the beliefs that are no longer serving us.
At Infinite Self Belief Coding, the focus is not on what's wrong with you. It's about discovering what becomes possible when you stop believing in your limitations.
Release. Reconnect. Believe. Become. ♾️

What can Belief Coding® help with?
Belief Coding® can be used to explore a wide range of emotional challenges, fears, limiting beliefs and recurring patterns, including:
-
Fears & phobias — fear of flying, driving, heights, needles, spiders, enclosed spaces, public speaking or other specific fears
-
Anxiety & worry — anxious thoughts, overthinking, anticipatory anxiety, feelings of overwhelm and patterns associated with generalised anxiety
-
Confidence & self-belief — low confidence, self-doubt, feeling “not good enough”, fear of judgement and difficulty trusting yourself
-
Limiting beliefs — deeply held beliefs such as “I can't”, “I'm not worthy”, “I don't deserve this” or “I'm going to fail”
-
Imposter syndrome — feeling undeserving of success or worrying that you'll somehow be “found out”
-
Stress & overwhelm — identifying emotional triggers and the beliefs that may contribute to feeling unable to cope
-
Procrastination & self-sabotage — understanding why you repeatedly hold yourself back despite consciously wanting to move forward
-
Relationships & boundaries — people-pleasing, difficulty saying no, fear of rejection, abandonment patterns and repeating relationship behaviours
-
Personal growth — letting go of old stories about yourself and developing beliefs that better reflect the person you want to become
-
Career, success & money beliefs — fear of failure, fear of success, visibility, asking for what you're worth and beliefs around money or abundance
-
Performance & achievement — nerves around interviews, exams, presentations, auditions, competitions or performing in front of others
-
Habits & recurring patterns — exploring the underlying beliefs and emotions connected with behaviours you would like to change
-
Self-image & self-worth — developing a kinder, stronger relationship with yourself and challenging negative beliefs about who you are
-
Change & new beginnings — fear around taking the next step, making decisions or moving beyond what's familiar
-
Feeling stuck — those times when you can't necessarily explain why, but something seems to be preventing you from moving forward.
Sometimes the thing holding us back isn't the situation itself — it's what we've come to believe about ourselves because of it.
Belief Coding® offers an opportunity to explore those beliefs, understand where they may have come from and create space for a different way of thinking, feeling and moving forward.
